Luggage transport


How it works

We ensure the transport of your luggage on an itinerant basis, following various routes. We pick up your luggage at your accommodation and deliver it to the next accommodation, in accordance with your reservation. Please note that your reservation must respect the usual direction of the GR, and we do not transport in the opposite direction.


When to book?

As soon as possible! We advise you to communicate your itinerary to us as soon as it is final and booked.


Day-by-day reservation

If you have not planned your trip, since you do not know it precisely, it is always possible to call us the day before before 19:00 to transport your luggage the next day. Or to book directlyectently on our site.

The luggage

Your luggage, can be a suitcase, a sports bag, a backpack... Whatever, the whole thing is that it is from one piece. It is important that all bags are clearly identified with the name of your reservation (even for groups).


Luggage weight

We ask that each piece of luggage does not exceed 15kg and be made up of one piece. In case of overweight, we will ask you to lighten your luggage or to pack a second bag which will be charged at an additional cost.


Pick-up and delivery time

We ask that luggage be available every morning at 8 am in the accommodations. Your luggage will be delivered during the day at the latest at 5 pm.


Baggage identification

When the luggage is first picked up, it must be identified so that our driver can recognize it among the other luggage that may be present in your accommodation. It is important that all bags are clearly identified with the name of your reservation (even for groups).

Regular Shuttles


How we work

Shuttles allow you to:
* to move from one stage to another,
*to return to your starting point (our drivers drop you off as close as possible to your destination)
*Several departures per day, departures at fixed and regular times on reservation.
*Possibility of private shuttles on request


We offer our service on the following routes

The path of St Guilhem le Désert
For other routes, we offer tailor-made passenger transport.


Bookings are required

The shuttle only serves the stages upon reservation. Whether several months in advance or the day before if there are still seats left, you must book your shuttle transport for us.

For bicycle transport

Remember to let us know when booking. Count on an additional cost of €15 per bike and per trip.

Vehicle transfer


How it works

We transport your vehicle by road from your departure stage to your arrival stage. You will thus find your car at the end of your hike!


Deposit of keys and papers

At your host, you will leave the papers and vehicle keys in an envelope. Taking care to inform your host, we recommend that you check the condition of the vehicle. Our driver will do it too. We will drop everything off at the accommodation of your destination that you have indicated to us in advance.


Where should I leave my vehicle?

When you arrive At the stage of pick-up, you will park your vehicle at the accommodation provider or near the accommodation. We ask you to leave the precise parking instructions in the envelope with the keys and vehicle papers.

How do I file a complaint?

You have until 5 pm the day after the end of your hike to file a claim. Beyond this period, it cannot be received as such.

Booking changes


How do I make a change?

The changes concerning the transport of luggage will be effective immediately as long as the conditions of kilometers, trips... are respected.

Changes relating to the transport of persons and vehicles will be subject to an evaluation in order to verify the feasibility of the request.
You will then receive a notification of validation or refusal.

In case of addition, we will ask you to pay the difference within 48 hours. If your modification results in a reduction in service, you will be reimbursed for the difference.

If you wish to cancel following a refusal, this will be subject to our general cancellation conditions and deadlines.

Any modification resulting in a refund will be subject to a processing fee of €5.

Cancellations


Cancellation of passenger transport

Any reservation may be cancelled by the customer under the following conditions:

* 3 days before the service: full refund
* 2 days before the service: reimbursement up to 50%
* Less than 2 days of the service: no refund
In accordance with the cancellation conditions set out above, we will refund the overpayment to you.

Depending on the cancellation conditions specified above, we will refund the excess amount using the same payment method that was used during your initial payment.

Please note that a file management fee of €5 will be applied to each refund and automatically deducted from the refunded amount.


Vehicle transfer cancellation

Any reservation may be cancelled by the customer under the following conditions:
- 1 week before the start of the service : No refund
Between 1 and 2 weeks before the start of the service
: reimbursement up to 50%
+ 2 weeks before the service : Full refund

Depending on the cancellation conditions specified above, we will refund the excess amount using the same payment method that was used during your initial payment.

Please note that a file management fee of €5 will be applied to each refund and automatically deducted from the refunded amount.


Luggage transport cancellation

Until the day before in the evening 6 p.m. : 100% refund.
Beyond the no refund possible.

Depending on the cancellation conditions specified above, we will refund the excess amount using the same payment method that was used during your initial payment.

Please note that a file management fee of €5 will be applied to each refund and automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
