How it works
- Choose your trail and dates on the booking platform.
- Enter your start and end accommodation for each stage.
- Print the labels you receive and attach one to each bag.
- Each morning, leave your bag ready before 8 am at your accommodation's reception.

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum weight per bag?
15 kg per bag, in a single container. Above that, an extra bag is required.
When must my bag be ready?
Before 8 am every morning, at your accommodation's reception, with the label provided.
Until when can I cancel?
Up to 6 pm (Paris time) two days before the stage you get a full refund, minus a €5 handling fee.
